This opportunity is not Pyramid selling or Network marketing! We simple pay an introduction fee to you if someone you introduce completes a purchase. There is no down line or pyramid structure! Most of our referrals come through word of mouth introductions.
Your role would only be to introduce potential investors. You will not bear any responsibilities and you will not have to meet targets or quotas.
The portfolio managers in our head office would be responsible for providing all the necessary advice and up-to-date information to the potential investor.
Our concept of buying property is ideal for people who are very busy in their line of work, unskilled in DIY and handling properties, inexperienced in the property market, and those who are simply lazy and like things the easy way.
With only 15% to put down and only buying properties that "stack up" ie pay for themselves - it is far easier to build a portfolio with our method than others. Remember we provide existing long term and self-maintaining tenants who usually are of a mature age.

There are four ways of earning money by engaging with us:
(1) PRIME AGENT
One automatically becomes a Prime Agent after buying a property from us. The agency lasts for one year and one day.
Prime Agents are rewarded 1000 (plus VAT, if VAT registered) for each of the first 10 sales from their introductions. On the eleventh sale Prime Agents are awarded 5,000. The agency would end at this point or after 101 days, whichever is sooner. To retain Prime Agency, the person has to buy another property.
However, there is no compulsion for you to promote our business, should you just want to buy for yourself and leave it at that.
(2) SECONDARY AGENT
If you do not want to purchase a property, you may become a Secondary Agent by way of purchasing an agency. The present cost of an agency for one year and one day is 1000 plus VAT.
This type of agency role would suit professionals who have a lot of dealing with members of the public and so would become frequent referrers, eg. financial advisors, accountants, insurance brokers, estate agents etc.
Rewards for Secondary Agents are as follows:
2,000 (plus VAT, if VAT registered) for the first sale
1,000 (plus VAT, if VAT registered) for each sale from the second to the tenth sale
5,000 (plus VAT, if VAT registered) for the eleventh sale.
The secondary agency would end at this point or after 101 days, whichever is sooner. To continue, one has to buy an agency again.
(3) SUB-AGENT
This is similar to a Secondary Agency but is suitable for more casual referrers, ie those not in the financial sector. The purchase price for a Sub-Agency is 1000 (plus VAT).
Rewards for Sub Agents are as follows:
2,000 (plus VAT, if VAT registered) for the first sale
1,000 (plus VAT, if VAT registered) for each sale from the second to the tenth
5,000 (plus VAT, if VAT registered) for the eleventh sale.
The sub agency would end at this point or after 101 days, whichever is sooner. To continue, one has to buy an agency again.
Note: For Sub Agents NOT recruited through Money-maker.org.uk, the reward for second to tenth sales is 500 per sale (not 1,000).
(4) REFERRER
If you do not want to make any financial commitment but you can get people interested in buying a property, Money-maker.org.uk will reward you 500 for each sale that results from your introductions.
